Voluntary donations

Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the initiative’s stated food-support purpose.

Incorrect or duplicate transactions

If a donor believes a transaction was made in error or duplicated, the donor should contact MS FOOD FOUNDATION with the payment reference and supporting details. The official contact email/phone must be added before launch.

Refund review

Refund requests, where applicable, should be reviewed case by case based on the payment record, applicable payment-provider rules and the status of the donated funds. This page should be reviewed against the foundation’s final legal and accounting setup before production launch.
