Transparency
Trust should be visible.
This page defines the transparency standard the website should follow as MS FOOD FOUNDATION grows.
What we plan to publish
- Dated summaries of food-support activities.
- Verified impact figures based on maintained records.
- Representative photographs where consent and dignity are respected.
- Basic explanation of how donations are used.
- Material updates to payment methods or policies.
Donation records
Razorpay transactions should be reconciled from the Razorpay dashboard / server records. Direct UPI donations should be reconciled from the receiving payment account. Payment screenshots alone should not be treated as final accounting proof.
Statutory claims
This site must not state that donations are tax deductible, 80G eligible, or that the initiative has a particular legal registration unless the relevant approval or registration exists and the exact details are published accurately.
Current website rule: no unverified registration, tax-exemption or impact claims are displayed.
