Voluntary donations

Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the initiative’s stated food-support purpose.

Incorrect or duplicate transactions

Refund review

Refund requests, where applicable, are reviewed case by case using the transaction record, applicable payment-provider rules and the status of the contributed funds.
